E2E Technology Solutions was founded in 2022 with a mission to do business differently, prioritizing the needs of customers and employees above all else. From the beginning, long-standing client relationships and a commitment to excellence fueled rapid growth, with E2E serving over 50 customers in its first few months and surpassing 200 by the end of year two.
E2E specializes in tackling projects that are often pursued by much larger firms. This success comes from a steadfast dedication to core values, treating all stakeholders as essential, delivering high-quality solutions, and maintaining a customer-first approach. With expertise in security, network infrastructure, and low-voltage technology, E2E is redefining industry standards through innovation and service.

As President of E2E Technology Solutions, Drew Smith leads the company with a deep passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. With a career spanning two decades, he has held roles as a technician, project manager, sales professional, and operations leader, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry. His expertise in low-voltage systems, IT solutions, and business strategy has been instrumental in shaping E2E’s growth and success.
Drew believes in empowering his team, prioritizing responsiveness, and delivering solutions that align with each client’s unique needs. He thrives on tackling complex challenges and driving the company forward with a people-first mindset. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending quality time with his family, and grand strategy video games.
Allen Bice
As Chief Operating Officer of E2E Technology Solutions, Allen Bice oversees all aspects of the business beyond the technical work, ensuring logical operations and strategic growth. With 15 years of experience in community banking, Allen brings expertise in finance, management, strategic planning, and client relations. Since joining E2E in 2023, he has played a key role in guiding the company’s goals, optimizing processes, and maintaining financial stability.
Allen thrives on tackling new challenges and believes in fostering success for those around him. His guiding philosophies—prioritizing people and finding opportunity in chaos—shape his leadership approach. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking with his dog Copper, and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Mike Manus
As the Vice President of Solution Sales at E2E, where he leads sales initiatives and solution delivery within the low voltage industry. With 10 years of experience, including 5 years in technical roles and 5 years in sales, Mike specializes in designing and implementing technological solutions for large-scale commercial projects across a wide range of verticals, including retail, healthcare, industrial, education (K-12 and higher education), government, hospitality, and more. His work spans complex systems for high-rise buildings, data centers, financial institutions, and non-profits.
Since joining E2E, Mike has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth, refining sales strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Known for his competitive spirit and problem-solving mindset, Mike thrives on tackling challenges and finding the most effective approach to each. Outside of work, he enjoys playing pickleball, golfing with friends, staying active, and enjoying family activities.
Brandon White
As Vice President of Information Technology at E2E, Brandon White leads the company’s MSP division and manages internal IT operations. With a background spanning IT technician to Director-level roles, he brings expertise in technical operations, client relations, and sales. His well-rounded experience allows E2E to support dedicated IT/MSP clients while also delivering IT projects that integrate with the company’s security and access control solutions.
Brandon thrives on solving complex challenges with a calculated yet adaptable mindset, prioritizing transparency and a white-glove customer experience. He believes in staying resourceful and innovative to meet evolving client needs. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, cycling, and competitive 9-ball pool.
